Use filtered water and 1 teaspoon of herbs for each cup of tea desired. Pour boiling water (212º F) over herbs and steep for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove the herbs. Sip slowly and be well!

Mix 1 tablespoon of blend into 8 oz. of water or milk, heat on a stovetop to just under boiling (180ºF). We recommend using fresh local milk or plant-based oat milk with a dash of honey. If you prefer a smoother brew, please strain before enjoying. Alternatively, you can brew it like a tea for 5 minutes using boiling water (212ºF) and strain out all the pieces as necessary.
